Usually not. For larger enclosures, your order ships in more than one box, and the frame and netting can arrive separately or on different days - so receiving one part first is normal, not a missing item.

Double and larger enclosures use more than one base frame, and the connectors that join them are packed in the netting box, so some spare connectors and poles left over after assembly are also normal.

If a box still hasn't arrived after a few days, or you think something is genuinely missing, contact us with your order number and what you've received so far, and we'll check it against your order.
