Angled Fence Extension Bracket – Installation, Dimensions & Gate UseUpdated 7 minutes ago
How is the Angled Fence Extension Bracket attached to the fence?
The bracket attaches to your existing fence post using two 6mm pre-drilled fence attachment holes — simply secure it with screws. It also features pre-drilled wire pass-through points along the angled arm to thread your wireline through, keeping the netting taut and secure.
What are the dimensions of the bracket?
| Measurement | Size |
|---|---|
| Total height (vertical post) | 1240mm |
| Vertical post above fence line | 900mm |
| Below fence post (ground mount section) | 100mm |
| Fence attachment zone height | 500mm |
| Angled arm length | 650mm |
| Fence attachment hole diameter | 6mm |

The bracket is made from heavy-duty 1.2mm gauge steel with a powder-coated matte black finish.
Can the bracket be used on a gate?
Yes, with the following requirements:
- The wireline at the top of the gate must be a static wireline, with an eyelet fixed at the start and end of the run — typically mounted on the gate post.
- The static wireline must sit flush with the top of the fence or on the non-opening side of the gate.
- The gate post must be sturdy and meet the minimum height requirement of 5 feet 10 inches (~178 cm / 1780mm).
Installation on a gate post follows the same steps as a standard fence post.
What pack sizes are available?
The Angled Fence Extension Bracket is available in two pack sizes — see the product pages for current pricing and availability:
The 2 Pack suits a single gate or short fence section; the 10 Pack is ideal for multiple gates or a longer fence run.
