Do you accept returns / refunds?Updated 6 months ago

Catnets will replace OR refund in full any products that arrive damaged or are faulty. You must notify us of any initial fault, damage or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.

We can refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering within 7 days of receiving your order, however be aware that return shipping is at your expense.
• All products that have been cut to size (such as netting by-the-foot), are not able to be refunded.
• Portable Catios that have been unboxed but not assembled can be returned in their original packaging for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Assembled or otherwise used catios, are not able to be returned for a refund.

We have a customer first service mentality, so if you're not happy with your product or service for any reason contact us for assistance.

In a rare occurrence, replacement parts will be sent at no charge for any missing or faulty components.
